CamSnap プライバシーポリシー

1. 収集する情報

CamSnap は、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。

• アカウント登録・ログインはありません。
• 氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などを取得しません。
• 利用状況の分析（アナリティクス）・トラッキングを行いません。
• 不具合の調査のため、動作の記録（ログ）をお使いの PC 内のファイルに 保存します。接続した端末の名称や日時が含まれますが、外部へ送信される ことはありません。

2. カメラ映像・写真の取り扱い

• スマートフォンのカメラ映像は、お使いの PC 上でのみ表示・処理されます。
• 撮影した写真は、利用者が指定した PC 内のフォルダーに保存されます。
• 撮影した画像をクリップボードにコピーするかどうかは、設定画面から いつでも変更できます（初回起動時にもお選びいただけます）。 既定ではコピーしません。なお、履歴から手動で「コピー」を選んだ場合は、 設定に関わらずコピーされます。
• これらの映像・画像が、当社や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることは ありません。インターネットやクラウドサービスへ送信されることも ありません。

3. スマートフォンと PC の接続方式について

CamSnap は Android Debug Bridge（ADB）を通じてスマートフォンと通信します。 接続方式は 2 つあり、違いは「同じ映像を何で運ぶか」だけです。

USB 接続（標準）

通信は USB ケーブルの中で完結します。ネットワークは使用しません。

WiFi 接続（任意）

PC とスマートフォンが同じネットワーク上にある場合、WiFi 経由で接続できます。 ケーブルを外しても映像を続けたいときにお使いください。

• 映像はお客様のローカルネットワーク（LAN）内を通ります。インターネット、 当社、クラウドサービスへは一切送信されません。ご自宅や職場のネットワークの 外には出ません。
• CamSnap が PC 上で開く待ち受けは、ループバック（127.0.0.1）限定です。 同じネットワーク上の他の機器から接続することはできません。
• スマートフォンは、お客様が許可したコンピューターからの接続のみを 受け付けます（端末上で鍵を承認するか、ペアリングコードを入力したもの）。
• Android 11 以降の「ワイヤレスデバッグ」でペアリングコードを使って 接続した場合、通信は TLS で保護されます。USB 接続を WiFi に切り替える 方式で接続した場合、通信は認証はされますが暗号化はされません。 ご自身のネットワーク上を流れる他の通信と同様にお考えください。
• WiFi 接続を有効にすると、接続先をお使いの PC 上の設定に保存します。 タスクトレイのメニュー「WiFi接続をやめる」から、 保存した接続先の削除と、スマートフォン側の待ち受けの停止をまとめて 行えます。
• USB ケーブルが取り外され、保存済みの WiFi 接続先が利用できる場合に 限り、WiFi 接続へ自動的に切り替わることがあります。

4. スマートフォン上に一時的に配置するファイル

CamSnap は接続のたびに、映像を送るためのプログラム（scrcpy-server）を スマートフォンの一時領域へ配置します。このファイルは読み込み後に 自動的に削除され、端末に残りません。

5. 第三者への提供

CamSnap は情報を収集しないため、第三者へ提供する情報は存在しません。

6. 外部ソフトウェアについて

CamSnap は、スマートフォンとの接続に、オープンソースソフトウェア scrcpy および Android Debug Bridge（adb, Android Open Source Project）を 同梱して利用します。これらはいずれも Apache License 2.0 のもとで 再配布しており、利用者の情報を外部へ送信する機能はありません。

7. お子様のプライバシー

CamSnap は個人情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず安全にご利用いただけます。

1. Information We Collect

CamSnap collects no personal information whatsoever.

• There is no account, sign-up, or login.
• We do not obtain your name, email address, location, or any identifier.
• There is no analytics, telemetry, or tracking of any kind.
• For troubleshooting, CamSnap writes a log file on your own PC. It contains the name of the connected device and timestamps. It is never sent anywhere.

2. Camera Feed and Photos

• Your phone's camera feed is displayed and processed only on your own PC.
• Photos you take are saved to a folder on your PC that you choose.
• Whether a captured image is also copied to the clipboard is up to you: it can be changed at any time in the settings (and you are asked on first run). It is off by default. Choosing "Copy" manually from the history always copies, regardless of this setting.
• None of this video or imagery is sent to us or to any third-party server, nor to the internet or any cloud service.

3. How Your Phone and PC Are Connected

CamSnap communicates with your phone through the Android Debug Bridge (ADB). Two connection modes are available, and they differ only in how the same video is carried.

USB (default)

The connection is carried entirely inside the USB cable. No network is involved.

Wi-Fi (optional)

If your PC and phone are on the same network, you can connect over Wi-Fi. Use this when you want the video to continue after unplugging the cable.

• The video travels within your local network (LAN). Nothing is sent to the internet, to us, or to any cloud service. It does not leave your home or office network.
• The socket CamSnap listens on is bound to loopback (127.0.0.1) only. Other machines on the same network cannot connect to it.
• Your phone accepts a connection only from a computer you have authorized, either by approving its key on the phone or by entering a pairing code.
• If you connect using Android 11's Wireless debugging with a pairing code, the connection is protected by TLS. If you instead switch an existing USB connection over to Wi-Fi, the connection is authenticated but not encrypted, so please treat it as you would any other traffic on your own network.
• Enabling Wi-Fi saves the address on your PC. The tray menu item "Stop using WiFi" both forgets the saved address and closes the listener on the phone, in one step.
• CamSnap switches to Wi-Fi automatically only when the USB cable has been unplugged and a saved Wi-Fi address is available.

4. Temporary File Placed on Your Phone

Each time it connects, CamSnap places the program that sends the video (scrcpy-server) into a temporary area on your phone. That file deletes itself once it has been loaded and leaves nothing behind on the device.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

Because CamSnap collects no information, there is nothing to share with any third party.

6. Bundled Open-Source Software

For the connection to your phone, CamSnap bundles the open-source software scrcpy and the Android Debug Bridge (adb, from the Android Open Source Project). Both are redistributed under the Apache License 2.0, and neither has any capability to send your information anywhere.

7. Children's Privacy

CamSnap collects no personal information, so it can be used safely regardless of age.
